### Is Remedy free?

Remedy is free to download. Full access to your program needs a subscription.

### Is there a free trial?

Where offered, the weekly plan includes a 7-day free trial and the monthly and annual plans include a 14-day free trial. A trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

### How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel Remedy there. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

### Can I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request one at [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com/).

### Do prices differ outside the US?

Yes. These are US prices. The App Store shows the price in your local currency before you subscribe.

### Is Remedy covered by insurance or my employer?

No. Remedy is a consumer app you subscribe to yourself. It is not an employer benefit or a covered medical service.
