Subscriptions & billing

Remedy subscriptions are billed through Apple. To manage, cancel, or request a refund, use your App Store subscription settings or Apple’s refund process. We can’t process App Store refunds ourselves.

Remedy is not a medical service. If you are in crisis or having a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or a healthcare provider — don’t wait on email.
