Questions about the app, your program, or your account? Email us and a real person will reply.
Before you email
- Cancel a subscription: on your iPhone, Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. More on billing.
- Refunds: handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Delete your account: in the app, Profile, then Delete Account.
- Stop marketing emails: see unsubscribe.
- Privacy requests: to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, email us from the address on your account. The Privacy Policy explains your rights.
What to include
A few details help us answer in one reply instead of three:
- The email address you signed up with.
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- What you were doing when the problem happened, and a screenshot if you have one.
- For program questions, which week and session you are on.
Remedy can’t give medical advice by email. If you have warning signs, contact a healthcare provider.
