What sitting actually needs from an app
Desk stiffness is the most common reason people look for a back pain app. The failure mode is the same every time: save three videos, do them twice, forget them by Thursday.
Remedy’s onboarding asks whether you sit for work. The program it builds is still a multi-week back fitness plan — mobility, posture work, and core stability as fitness, not as a diagnosis of “desk disease.” Sessions are short on purpose so they fit between meetings.
This page is not a list of medical exercises and not a diagnosis. If sitting pain is sudden, severe, or comes with red-flag symptoms, see a clinician first.
01
Short enough to keep
A few minutes with video on every movement. The app tells you today’s session so you do not browse.
02
A week, then the next week
Progression is the product. Random “desk stretches” have no next step.
03
Check-ins, not a journal you abandon
Before-and-after feel scores sit on the session you already opened.
04
Still just a fitness app
Not a posture-correction medical device. Not a claim that sitting caused a specific injury.
