How it works

How Remedy’s back pain app works

Three steps. The point is a plan you can repeat, not more content to browse.

Tell us about your back

Onboarding asks about your pain, history, and activity. Sitting all day and training five days a week are different starting points. The app stays one product; the program changes.

Get a multi-week program

Rules from those answers build a structured fitness program. Personalization is not a therapist in your pocket and not computer-vision form scoring. It is a progression instead of a generic list.

Do today’s session

Each exercise has a demonstration video. Sessions are short. You check in on how you feel before and after so consistency is visible, not guessed.

What the app does not do

Remedy does not diagnose a cause, treat a condition, or replace a physician or physical therapist. Demonstration videos are educational illustrations of movements. If you have red-flag symptoms, stop and get medical care.

v1 is back only. There is no live coach, no community, and no Android build yet.
